Yes! Our apartment landing pages are an excellent way to establish an online presence quickly and easily.
Landing pages typically have two common use cases.
The first, as standalone web page a visitor “lands” on after clicking through from an email, ad, or other digital location. The strategy and uniqueness of landing page are designed to convert more traffic and increase conversions.
Secondly, a landing page (also referred to as “splash pages”) are a very quick solution for launching an online presence for your apartment community. These are simple single page temporary websites with minimal contact information, often used for a lease up or apartment community that is coming soon, while a full website is in development.
We will replace the logo with your business name, submark, tagline (if applicable), and colors. If you’d like to change more than that, consider a custom logo and brand package. We do not customize fonts, and this does not include extra custom lettering, the font licenses, or additional brand elements that are not listed on the brand board.
One round of revisions is included to ensure that your new brand is exactly what you envisioned. Additional revisions can be added on and billed hourly.
Final logo files exported in full color, grayscale, reverse (white), & black (in HEX, RGB, and CYMK color codes) and in the following file types: JPG, PNG, AI, SVG.
Each brand kit will only be sold up to a maximum of 7 times to help you retain its individuality and uniqueness in the market. If you want exclusive ownership of your brand kit and are the first person to purchase it, you can choose to buy out the remaining seats for the kit at a discounted price. Or if you want a completely exclusive design, get in touch about a custom brand.
The logo and brand kit does not include licenses for the fonts, however we provide links to the fonts so you can purchase your own license as well as links to free font alternatives to use within Canva, the Adobe Suite, etc.
Yes. Your apartment logo designs will be editable using the AI file in Adobe Illustrator; however, all fonts will be converted to outlines.
You can keep the colors of the brand kit to be the same ones showcased or choose different colors from our various color palette choices.
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to let us know if you’d like to add on business cards, letterhead, flyers, brochures, etc. during onboarding.
